let's give the boy a hand

So, I think everyone has heard the story of the amazingness of Mr. Jakeman except for Trisha and other random people who read this blog. All I can say is that walking into my room full of red and pink balloons, with confetti all over the floor and a dozen red roses on my bed was funny, but pretty cute at the same time. Oh, and don't forget about that song "but I can't help falling in love with you." Yeah, that was playing in the background. Truly hilariously amazing. Alas, I didn't get to see him until the next evening. That was sad. I was going crazy wanting to thank him, seeing as I didn't think my thank you note that I left on his car was good enough. I hate that school is starting again because then I will be too busy for having a life.

So, I like my haircut a lot. It was a really tramatic experience the first time I tried to do it, but it turned out all right in the end. I hope it serves me well. If any of you haven't seen it, you should. It's pretty shocking.

It was THE CUTEST thing I have ever heard of. I am still living off the fumes from that story. Jake is a true romantic. AHHH c'est l'amor..... est merie. (PS-I don't know French.)

I always thought that he wasn't a romantic at all. I thought he was never going to do something thoughtful and cute like that. Boy, was I wrong. I'm glad I was, though. It's so much better this way. Trisha and Debbie, you should have come over last night to hear more stories from me. I think that's the most I've ever, or will ever, talk about Jake. I just don't do it. Trisha, I can come over tonight after FHE. Probably around 8:30. This is time I could be spending with Jake, though. Keep that in mind.

i would be willing to welcome you into my home at that time. that is, if you would not mind being away from the boy. or... if he has institute tomorrow you could talk to me then. how about... i will call you when i get home and we can discuss options.

I get off at ten, so hows about I call everyone and I impose my company on you, okay? I love that I don't have school these two weeks. It is such the best. (Well, I guess not the best, that would be Jake's thoughtfulness, wouldn't it?)

Micquel, are you sure you want to hear me tell the story again? How many times have you heard it? I would love it if I got to hang out with you tonight, I just feel so bad for making you hear it over and over again.

So, we're hiking Timp tonight, leaving at approximately midnight, if anyone would like to come, or can come. I think Teri and I are the only ones of us girls who can go.

tonight? you be dang crazy. good luck with the hiking.

well...if you are only telling the story, then leaving, I guess I will pass, basically because I will still be here at work, but if you are going to have any more chats or hang outs, I would not say no to being a part of it. Although, you may want to sleep for a coupla few hours before the big trek. so...

I decided not to go on this hike because I have to work tomorrow from 3 to 10 and I would probably be dang tired and sore. I have convinced my dad to take me NEXT saturday (the 27th) and Teri is coming, too. Anyone else can come if they'd like. We'll leave pretty early in the morning, but not that early.

Becca, of course you will be okay. You are the most socially-non-retarded person I have ever met. You will meet awesome people and soon come to wonder why you were ever friends with "those loosers in Provo." Just kidding. I hope this doesn't happen, but you know, it might.

Go on lotsa dates for me, okay?

You better not find better friends and leave us behind. I NEED you. We all need you. And...we're pretty amazing, too. I think. But I think you should go on tons of dates, even if this whole "bank" thing works out. I mean, you'll be pretty far away. It's not like you'll be seeing a certain person very often.

I have deleted it with my great blogging skills. I have protected all of you from a load of crap, except for Becca who saw it before me.
